The Product
The new KNX Combi-Presence detector 360° from MDT ensures more than just reliable presence detection, it uses room climate sensors to measure important values that are essential for efficient room climate control. In addition to the CO2 and VOC mixed gas concentration, the room climate sensors measure the temperature and relative humidity in the room.
Adjustable threshold values are available for each measured value. The Air-quality signal light function provides an early warning of excessive CO2 or VOC concentrations in the room. The new Combi- Presence detector –available in white matt or black matt – uses three passive infrared presence detectors to recognise movements within a diameter of up to 11 metres and detect the smallest movements as presence within a diameter of up to 5 metres.

Additionally the facility manager has only one product where multiple sensors are installed, allowing for an efficient maintenance.
