Best Practice in KNX Technology

Englefield Road features the total integration of BMS and AV, providing full control and monitoring of services into the building.

The property has air conditioning, lighting, blinds, under floor heating, all controlled via the KNX system. Touch screens on each floor and any number of handheld mobile device are used to control all functions in the property.  The touch screens are also used for the door entry system, which can be answered from the clients mobile.

The client can see energy consumption of each of the 3-phase power into the building and are able to monitor the flow rates of the under-floor heating pipes. A steam room in the basement is controlled via the KNX system along with the lighting, providing the ultimate relaxing environment tailored to suit the user.
